Heritage & Conservation Programme Co-ordinator

Hands of Hope are a small community charity using growing, cooking and the natural world to improve physical, mental, and environmental health for communities throughout Rother, Hastings, and West Kent. We are currently recruiting for the following position based at Hope Farm Community Garden in Hawkhurst - on the Kent and East Sussex border.

Heritage & Conservation Programme Co-ordinator – Part-time – 3-days per week- £20,000 Pro-rata 

With two years funding from National Lottery Heritage Fund, we are delivering The Living History Programme – a social and educational project uncovering the hidden, but vibrant, natural, cultural and community heritage of Hope Farm Community Garden – an organic, soil associated accredited AONB site on the Kent & East Sussex border. We are improving access and developing interpretation to bring this landscape and its stories to life and delivering educational, engaging and life-improving activities that will improve health & wellbeing for people & planet.
