Healthwatch East Sussex, the independent watchdog for people who use health and care services is seeking an Information and Signposting Advisor.
We are looking for an individual who is caring, demonstrates integrity, works well as part of a team, and always strives for excellence in everything they do.
17.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Flexible)
Salary: £25,000 per annum pro-rata (actual salary £12,500 pa)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Based in Eastbourne but currently working from home
The Information and Signposting Advisor provides information to the public, signposts to services and offers non-clinical advice. Feedback on health and social care is received from the public by website, telephone, and social media, then collated on a database and reported to commissioners to inform service improvement, design and planning.
This interesting and varied role is supported by a small team of colleagues, including another part-time Advisor, with a wide range of expertise.
