Intergenerational Mediation Case Worker

Exciting opportunity to join a specialised Mediation Service based in St Leonards-on-Sea. 
Due to re-organisation we are looking to recruit, to start week commencing 30 September 2019.
 – 12 hours / week.  Salary band 6 – 10 (£19,171 - £20,751) pro rata.
Intergenerational mediation (project name - Time 2 Talk) helps families to talk listen and understand each other better and improve relationships between children/teenagers and their parents.  The new post would involve holding a caseload and facilitating mediation meetings with family members as appropriate.  It would also involve supporting the Intergenerational Mediation Co-ordinator as directed.  The new intergenerational case worker post would suit someone who is experienced in working with children/young people/families.   
Mediation skills are desirable for both posts, but not essential, and applicants must be willing to undertake relevant training.
