Moving on Up Project Coordinator
1 x 22.5 hours per week - Permanent (funding confirmed up to 31st March 2025 in the first instance)
Based in Hastings with travel across East Sussex
Salary range: £24,012 - £25,482 per annum pro rata dependant on skills & experience
(Upper level awarded for exceptional/highly experienced candidates)
The Project Coordinator will work closely alongside our Mentors and be involved in assessing housing support needs for participants on MOU and leasing with participants and landlords in various aspects of their Move Ons. The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring inboxes and dealing with or escalating urgent matters as they come in.
The Project Coordinator will support SCDA to capitalise on and spend the Moving on Up rental incentive to deliver accommodation outcomes.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a previous track record of high level administration, be able to grasp the purchase order process, any other beneficiary expenditure & process (e.g. rental and associated accommodation costs), and credit card reconciliation quickly and accurately and have a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and excellent customer service skills.

These roles require a DBS check. Being a car driver & owner is also preferred as many East Sussex delivery locations are rural and not well served by public transport.
