£29,400 Actual (£36,750 FTE )
Fixed term – March 2025 
Part-time (30 hours over 4 days)

We are looking for:

You will provide leadership and management of Oasis Family Recovery Service. Leading a small team to improve lives for families across East Sussex, having responsibility for overseeing OFRS delivery, contract monitoring and regular liaison with funders. Alongside management of the service, you will also lead on 1:1 and group support for fathers with substance use. You will be expected to ensure OFRS works in partnership with Oasis Projects East Sussex services alongside other local services so that families have access to a wide range of resources to support their recovery.

This role is predominately based in Hastings’ office but travel around East Sussex will be required for direct work. 

You will be:

•    Experienced in managing and supervising staff and services;
•    Proven track record of working within substance misuse sector and managing a complex caseload;
•    Experienced working with parents, families and children affected by substance misuse;
•    Demonstrate experience of safeguarding adults, children and young people at risk of harm;
•    Well organised and able to manage and priorities own workload, ensuring deadlines are met;
•    An excellent communicator, written and oral;
•    Skilled in carrying out administrative duties such as report writing;
•    Able to remain calm in challenging situations and work under pressure;
•    Ability to be a good team player, to work flexibly within a team, supporting colleagues with changing priorities.
