Partnership Lead – East Sussex Mental Health Support Services

Southdown has just been appointed as the Lead Provider for the new East Sussex Mental Health Support Services contract. This is a new five-year contract to lead the transformation of non-clinical, community support for people living with mental health challenges across East Sussex. The aim is develop a network of integrated mental health recovery support designed to help people get well, stay well, and avoid crisis.We are now seeking to appoint to the exciting and strategically influential role of Partnership Lead to oversee the mobilisation, delivery and on-going transformation of services. 

Salary: £42,855 to £44,897 per year, pro rata Plus £1000 Car Allowance per year, pro rata
Hours: 30 - 37 hours per week
Location: East Sussex

Acting as an ambasador and stakeholder representative, you will work closely with commissioners, the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partners.Although Southdown currently provide most services, the aim over time is to expand partnerships and sub-contracting arrangements with other VCSE providers. With the support of dedicated contract management and performance resources (as part of Southdown’s central support functions), the Partnership Lead will ensure partners (including Southdown’s own operational services) deliver against contractual requirements and performance indicators. This is an great opportunity to further develop your skills within Southdown and play a pivitol role to help transform and further improve community mental health services.
