Peer Specialist Worker – Thinking Well Service (Eastbourne)

15 hours per week, some weekend work may be required.     
Salary:  £17,388-£18,394 per year, based on 37 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing and delivering a new for people with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder. The Personality Disorder Service will offer dedicated sessions across three locations in East Sussex. Working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the service will offer therapeutic clinical treatment programmes alongside community support programmes with the objective of improving the health and wellbeing of individuals who have a diagnosis of Personality Disorder.
We are looking to appoint a part time Peer Recovery Worker to work within the PD service. You will have experience of working in a peer support role within a mental health setting, and have personal experience of personality disorder. You will be committed to working within a co-production model to develop the service.
