Project Support Worker - CGL3417 Eastbourne

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £18,639 –to £20,438    (scale point 17- 20)
Cgl @ the Portal domestic abuse service in East Sussex provides specialist support, advice, and interventions to support Women, Men and Children/Young People who are experiencing domestic abuse or violence. 
We also have a Children’s Advocacy and Independent Visiting Service.
Cgl @ the Portal domestic abuse service is pleased to offer two Project Support Worker positions to provide enhanced administration and support services within a domestic abuse specialist team and Children’ Advocacy and Independent Visiting Service in the East Sussex area.
As first point of contact successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they have the experience/ability to be resilient, communicate well, understand risk, confidentiality, and be sensitive to the complex needs of service users, including children and young people. The role requires the Project Support Workers to assist a high-performing, professional team in the day-to-day running of the service.  You will need excellent organisation, communication, IT and data-base and data analysis skills for this post. 
Candidates must have an ability to remain calm and professional in a demanding environment.
