Join Eggtooth’s Referrals Coordination Team and help deliver bespoke, person-centred mental health services for children, young people, and families. You’ll be the main point of contact for referrals from schools and statutory services, helping determine the right support.
Job Title: School and Statutory Service Referrals Coordinator
Employer: The Eggtooth Project
Location: Wellington Square, Hastings (flexible working available)
Salary: £26,000
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assess new referrals, considering risk and safeguarding
Match clients with the right practitioners
Liaise with clients, carers, and professionals
Coordinate logistics and maintain accurate records
Represent Eggtooth in multi-agency meetings
Essential Experience & Skills:
Strong admin/coordination background
Understanding of multi-agency working (social care, education, mental health)
Experience and or understanding in safeguarding
Great communicator with solid IT and organisational skills
Desirable:
Experience working with children/families, within education or charities
