Primary Location: Newhaven area, East Sussex
We have office bases at Eastbourne, Uckfield, Hastings and Lewes together with the option of hybrid working and remote working

This is an exciting new opportunity within the Carers Health Programme, working with the NHS, to;
• provide information, advice, support and guidance to carers within The Havens
• referring carers to services provided by voluntary and statutory sector partners
• empowering carers to develop their skills and confidence in their caring role, build their resilience and ability to prioritise their own health and wellbeing
• work with autonomy and to work confidently with more complex issues
• ensure the delivery of quality services to local carers, undertaking a project lead role
• provide support and guidance to other team members
