Hastings and Rother Mediation Service (HRMS) is a small charity providing neighbourhood, intergenerational and family mediation across Hastings and Rother. We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our friendly team, covering office admin, finance, volunteer and programme support.
Role: Service Administrator
Hours: 16 - 20 hours per week, over a min of 4 days.
Salary: £10.50 – £11.50 depending on experience
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Based in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex
The role will involve working independently and in a team with a focus on providing an efficient and professional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and previous experience of working in administration. They will be willing to work flexibly with occasional attendance of out-of-hours meetings and events and will be committed to the aims and values of the organisation. While not essential, bookkeeping experience would be desirable.
