Services Coordinator Role - East Sussex 

Hours: 30 hours per week (plus on-call one week in six)
Salary:  NJC Salary SCP 22-25 £16,859 to £18,488 (plus on call payment)
The Association of Carers are seeking a professional, caring, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join their team as a Services Coordinator.
This interesting role will suit an applicant who will be good at relating to a wide range of people and who will also have excellent organisational skills. 
The role will include:
•    Visiting Adult unpaid Carers in their home to carry out initial assessments and setting up support services as appropriate throughout East Sussex
•    Helping to promote the Association of Carers across the County
Applicants will need to have access to a car and a full, clean driving license, they will also be subject to an enhanced DBS check. 
The Association operate an on-call system which they would expect the staff member to take part in. (On call enhancement will be paid)
