Systems Change Lead

Salary: £31,053 per annum

Location: A base in either Brighton or Hastings (to be negotiated) but with extensive travel across Hastings, Eastbourne and Brighton
4% (Reviewed annually) pension contribution.
Annual Leave entitlements of 185 hours (25 working days)

The aim of the project is to lead change for more effective, efficient and better co-ordinated services for this client group, and to pilot and evaluate the impact of delivering better connected services to inform future policy and commissioning. The project operates in Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne and Hastings.  
The post holder will work closely with the project’s Senior Manager and lead on a number of systems change initiatives, as described in the team’s systems change plan. The post holder will line manage and direct the work of the Systems Change Officers working across all three geographical areas. The role requires excellent understanding and working knowledge of the key elements of project management.
