A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join Optivo’s Social Impact team, working as a Team Assistant on an 18 hour per week Fixed Term Contract until March 2023 to the Heart of Sidley Big Local programme based in Bexhill.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent services to ensure the smooth running of the Heart of Sidley Community Project Plan.
If you joined the team, you’ll be expected to provide a full range of administrative and support services to assist the delivery of the resident lead endorsed Community Project Plan.
You’ll need to:
• Have excellent communication skills
• Manage a busy workload
• Have attention to detail
• Be self-motivated
• Have a methodical and well organised approach to prioritising work
• Good level of Microsoft office skills
• Must have access to a PC/Laptop and Wi-Fi to enable home working if required
