As Team Leader you’ll be part of our dedicated Carer Support Team, providing information, advice and support to carers, and helping to oversee the smooth running of the Carers Hub helpline. You’ll work closely with our partners in Health, Social Care and the voluntary and community sector to achieve positive outcomes for carers, and will provide line management support for up to 5 staff. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support worker or team leader to make a real difference to carers in East Sussex.
Up to 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,741 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Office based/and or remote working.
