As a team Leader you'll be a key part of our deciated Carer Support Team, providing information, support, advice and guidance to carers across East Sussex. This includes providing one-to-one group support by phone, online and face-to-face, as well as working with our partners in the NHS, Social Care and the voluntary sector. Team Leader
Up to 37 hours per week, part time hours will be considered
Salary: £30,151 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Primary Location: Lewes, Eastbourne, Uckfield and/or Hastings, East Sussex. Hybrid and/or remote working available by agreement.
