Team Leader - Communities

The Team Leader - Communities will work across a range of community settings to support carers and develop two new satellite carers centres.  You’ll be working closely with stakeholders and voluntary sector partners to achieve positive outcomes for local carers and reach more carers from diverse communities.  If you have experience of running community projects, providing line management support, addressing barriers to inclusion and enabling seldom heard communities to access services, this could be the role for you.  You’ll be part of a committed, supportive team making a big impact on local carers’ lives.
