Are you great at talking to people, organised, have community focussed values but also a head for commercial ventures in a social enterprise setting? If so, are you interested in becoming our next Tenants and Spaces Coordinator?
This role centres around our workspace and residential tenants, users and hirers of Hastings Commons buildings and spaces. It aims to develop collaborations and support the contributions of tenants to the spaces for the common good, as part of the wider Hastings Commons.
You be working across already established Commons buildings as well as newly-created spaces. You will focus on the tenant journey and will require excellent relationship-building skills liaising with existing tenants as well as working to attract new ones. This is a multi-faceted role and you will require a high level of efficiency taking enjoyment from working on multiple things in a fast-moving environment.
£28,256pa / Full time (35 hours/week)
