Young Carer Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a rewarding role helping to build our Young Carers service, which will soon enter its second year.  As a Young Carer Support Worker you’ll plan and deliver fun respite activities to young carers, and help them to manage their own health, wellbeing and education, and to access the support they are entitled to.  You’ll work closely with partners and colleagues as part of a friendly and established team.

YOUNG CARER SUPPORT WORKER
Up to 37 hours per week 
Salary: £22,183 per annum, based on 37 hours per week 
Contract term: Permanent
