Young Carer Support Worker (Schools and Transition Focus)
Up to 37 hours per week, part time hours will be considered

Salary:  £26,421 per annum, based on 37 hours per week

Contract term: Permanent

Primary Location: Eastbourne with some travel within East Sussex. Hybrid and/or remote working available by agreement.

Closing date: Monday 17th June 2024 at 9am

As a Young Carer Support Worker you’ll be part of our dedicated Young Carer Support Team, providing information, support, advice and guidance to young carers and their families across East Sussex.  This includes providing one-to-one and group support by phone, online and face-to-face, as well as working with our partners in the NHS, Social Care and the voluntary sector.  You will be required to provide intensive and ongoing support to young carers with their transition to adult services, in particularly, the Young Adult Carers (YAC) service.
