We offer a full range of talking therapy. We work from the Carl Rogers Humanistic model, providing
psychotherapy/counselling and lifestyle coaching. We are the local link to a world wide practice of psychology, at the forefront of research and good practice. With the addition of a practical advice desk for clients with issues that require practical support we feel we are the sole provider of this method of support package in this area. All our services are free at the point of delivery. We accept referrals from other agencies and self-referral. There are also training and placement opportunities for counsellors, with group and one-to-one supervision.
