At Oasis Women Recovery Services (OWRS) we offer a range of services developed by and for women and families in East Sussex who has problem with addiction or preventing relapse.

If you are worried about your drug or alcohol use, Oasis groups can help with your recovery.

At OWRS, you will receive support with your drug/alcohol use in a non-judgmental, women-only safe space. We are an inclusive service, anyone identifying as a woman is welcome to our space.

Together we will work on a program of recovery supporting self esteem, healthy relationships or personal strengths among others. We will help you to discover ways of coping with difficult situations.

We aim to support women by nurturing courage, creating opportunity and changing lives through the support band services we offer.
