We are pleased to share details of some planned workshops and food education sessions, hosted by our team of fantastic Food Network chefs.
Our food education programme covers themes such as healthy eating, cooking on a budget, cookery skills for independent living, 'Cook Together - Eat Together' aimed at reducing loneliness, global cookery, employability skills, ways to boost your nutrition and manage specific health conditions and more!
There will be something to suit a range of age groups and abilities, plus the chance to take part in short term volunteer opportunities.
