Hastings and St Leonards Young People's Accommodation Service service is for young people aged 16 to 25 with complex needs. A 3 staged Pathway of accommodation with a structured life skills programme leads to independent living: The project consists of 3 stages of accommodation from intensive high support to very low support prior to people moving to their own independent accommodation. The service has been remodelled to encourage a psychologically informed, empowering and client centred approach in all aspects of service delivery.

Salary: £19,354 per annum
37 hours per week working a rota that includes evening and weekend work
4% employer pension contribution (reviewed annually)
Annual leave entitlement starts at 25 working days per annum
This post is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker. The post holder must have experience of working with young people with complex needs within a supported accommodation setting. The post holder will need to have the skills and the ability to support clients to develop their life skills and achieve their goals and aspirations using effective supporting planning tools and psychologically informed practice.
