The Early Help Keywork Service, part of the Early Help Division currently have the following vacancies:
1 x Early Help Keyworker for 5-19 year olds - based in Hastings, but will be required to work across the Hastings and Rother area.
1 x Early Help Keyworker for 5-19 year olds - based in Eastbourne, but will be required to work across the Eastbourne area.
1 x County Wide Family Keyworker - based in Eastbourne for the West Team.
Potential candidates will be working with vulnerable young people aged 5 - 19 years and their families. The role involves assessing whole family needs and supporting positive change with all members of the family.
