Employability Trainer

Part time permanent – 18.5 hours per week
Salary range - £18,562 - £19,697 per annum, pro rata dependant on skills & experience
Based in Hastings, with travel across East Sussex.
This is a great opportunity to join SCDA during a period of growth. You will be an experienced Employability Trainer able to deliver (and develop where necessary), a suite of interactive workshops and information sessions to groups of unemployed people, and to provide support when required in Job Clubs.
You will demonstrate a successful track record in working supportively with vulnerable people, assisting & enabling them to access opportunities, and be accustomed to regular review and performance reporting.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and will be a confident and credible ambassador for SCDA, showing sensitivity to the aims & values of the organisation as a whole.
The post is subject to a DBS check and will be based in Hastings with some travel to partner locations across East Sussex and Kent.
