Nature and Health Development Officer

HVA are pleased to be working with East Sussex Public Health and a range of local organisations on a new project to manage a grant programme
designed to improve access to green spaces and to develop the capacity of local organisations or individuals to create or manage such spaces. 

We are seeking to appoint a creative, dynamic, and experienced Development Officer to lead the process and support the collaboration. The Development Officer will provide development support to the Healthy Green Spaces Project Steering Group who are bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders to design and deliver a programme of activities over 18 months that help to recognise greenspaces as critical assets and greener communities as key to maintaining and supporting health and wellbeing in local communities. If this speaks to your experience and skills please see the full Job Description and Person Specification, application form and Equal Opps monitoring form below.

Contract: Fixed term - 17 Months

Salary: NJC Scale 23-25 (£33,366-£35,235 pro rata)
