East Sussex Recovery Alliance  (ESRA) – Care Around Treatment worker (CAT)

East Sussex Recovery Alliance is a peer led recovery project working with those in recovery from substance misuse and their families.
ESRA has been developing a service called Care Around Treatment ( CAT) to support clients who are  at the beginning of their journey of recovery through detox into rehab and support when coming out of treatment to be supported returning to local  community. The applicant would need to have lived experience of treatment services.  They would need to be able to set up and deliver groups. Be able to support clients to rehab centres outside of the East Sussex. The applicant would need to motivated and be able to use their initiative.
HVA are recruiting for this post on behalf of ESRA.  This is a part-time post, 20 hours a week, days to be negotiated. The contract will be subject to a probationary period and initially for 12 months with a possibility of extension depending on funding.
Salary:  NJC pay scale point 27 (@ April 2018 £24,657 per annum £13,291 pro rata) + match pension contribution up to 7%.
