The Sara Lee Trust provides essential care and support for people affected by cancer and other life threatening illnesses across Hastings and Rother. We are looking for an individual who, as well as being an expert in their field, shares our vision of improving the lives of the many people affected by life threatening illness across the region.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join our small but highly skilled and ambitious team looking to continue our recent track record of increasing the care we provide. You’ll be working with our inspiring supporters and volunteers on a daily basis, building relationships and empowering people to bring all that they can to help us support the many people locally who need our care.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising or strong evidence of transferable experience, for example an outstanding track record in sales or account management. You’ll have excellent communication, networking and relationship building skills. 
The position may be suited to experienced fundraisers for local or national charities, who want more fundraising responsibility including developing corporate partnerships and grant funding relationships and to increase our network of volunteers across the region to help with our reach and fundraising activity.
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
