At at recent Hastings Community Network themed event, we focused on how staff could best be supported during a period of high demand and uncertainty. We profiled the East Sussex Welfare at Work employer accreditation and looked at other ways of enhancing wellbeing among VCSE employees.
As a follow up, HVA have been working alongside Counselling Plus to look at the best way local employers could access confidential counselling for their staff. At this stage we are interested to hear views from local VCSE employers about the need for this service and how the fee structure can be genuinely affordable to local organisations.
