About us
Mediation Plus is a small charity providing high-quality, impartial, and confidential mediation services to empower individuals, groups, and communities to resolve and manage conflicts themselves across Sussex. We offer a wide range of mediation services including neighbourhood mediation, conflict coaching, intergenerational mediation (Time 2 Talk), workplace mediation and training.
The vacancy
We are looking for a part-time Case Co-ordinator to lead on our Time2Talk programme which supports young people and their parents /carers through intergenerational mediation. As a Case Co-ordinator, you will:
• Manage and co-ordinate mediation cases from referral to closure, assessing referrals and maintaining accurate case records.
• Liaise with young people, parents/carers, and referrers to ensure a smooth and supportive process.
• Promote the Time2Talk service and respond to enquiries.
• Support and collaborate with our team of volunteer mediators.
• Co-mediate on cases (following training).

Hours: 30 hours per week.
Location: Hailsham and St Leonards-on-Sea Offices.
Salary: £26,500 FTE
Requirements: DBS check and access to own transport essential.
