Researchers from the University of Sussex, in partnership with Hastings Borough Council, are inviting you to take part in a short survey about your warm & welcome space, how it is used, and the difference it makes in people’s lives.
This survey is part of a year-long study running throughout 2025, which includes working closely with several warm & welcome spaces in East Sussex. Our research aims to bring greater visibility and understanding to the work being done by warm & welcome spaces across the country, and to highlight the support and resources these spaces need as they continue to evolve and grow. We also aim to promote some of the innovative and effective methods warm & welcome spaces employ through the creation of a best practice guidance document and the support of the UK Health Security Agency’s ‘Warm Spaces Toolkit’.
Your input will help shape future research and potentially inform government policy. The survey is confidential, voluntary, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
