The interim CEO of ECR Foundation is moving away from the area and we are therefore seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive. ECR Foundation was recently formed to bring together three other local charities into a single Charitable Incorporated Organisation. This process has been carefully prepared through joint working parties and with the support of the current postholder.
Following completion of the consolidation, the CEO and Trustees will determine the strategic direction of the new organisation to ensure it best meets the needs of the community in what are challenging times. This will involve meaningful engagement with stakeholders, clients, staff and volunteers.
ECR Foundation provides Digital Inclusion and ESOL projects, a Food Pantry, and is the main provider of Dementia Day Services in Hastings and Rother. On completion of the consolidation process, grant-making, asset and property management will also be incorporated within the organisation’s remit.
The successful applicant will have a strong track record of management within an organisation and will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and develop a small but growing charity.
Salary: £47,769 per annum
A pension scheme is operated through NEST.
