Team Manager – Thinking Well Service

Salary:  £26,318-£28,773 per annum plus £1000 per year essential car users allowance
Southdown is delivering a package of services across East Sussex providing support to people with a range of mental health needs Thinking Well is an innovative new service delivering support and treatment to people across East Sussex living with Personality Disorder. The service is delivered as a partnership between Southdown and Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust.
We are looking to appoint a full time Team Manager to lead our team based across 3 locations in East Sussex. The role will involve day to day running of the service as well as offering line management, and role modelling participation in reflective practice to the staff team.
The role will work closely with the Service Manager and with SPFT colleagues to ensure the overall quality of the service and will assist in ensuring the service is meeting its stated objectives. The role will involve working one evening a week and one weekend shift every 6 weeks.
You will be closely supported in your role by the Service Manager. You will have experience of managing a team, delivering supervision and will have a good understanding of the issues associated with Personality Disorder and ways of working with this condition
