£27,000 to £29,000 per annum for a full-time appointment
Initial fixed term contract until end September 2021
Location within the Youth Employability Service, the postholder will work at an operational management level to provide line management support to a team of Advisers and Administrative staff. The postholder will analyse data and information to deliver a high performing service and contribute to reports for the Senior Leadership Team and commissioners.
The YES Team Leader will work closely with the Skills and Employability Manager and Area Director to maintain quality standards, develop new ways of working to improve efficiency and carry out regular auditing, whilst identifying CPD opportunities for staff.
As the role could be based in either our Hastings or Eastbourne offices, you will be flexible and willing to undertake duties outside of traditional working hours and have the ability to travel across East Sussex to fulfil the role.
