Community Based Services Lead

Permanent – full time- 35 hours per week
£30,507 salary pa 
AirS is a long established and expanding charity based in Lewes. We have just finalised our new strategic plan and are now forging ahead with our new direction.
We are seeking 2 new members for our friendly and busy team, who share our passion to improve rural lives across Sussex.

This is another exciting opportunity to join our small friendly team. Your role will be crucial to managing the delivery of our front line community based development work and training.  You will be responsible for providing clear leadership and direction to our team of Village Agents. This is a great time to join us as we redesign and expand our services to meet community needs. You can play a key role in shaping these but do need to be a confident, flexible and experienced manager.
We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals who can both work independently with initiative, and as part of a team. You will also have excellent communication, influencing, organisational and diplomacy skills.  If you want to join us and make a difference to lives across Sussex then we want to hear from you.
