The Services Manager will coordinate, develop and deliver quality support services for young carers through a variety of approaches including group activities, one-to-one targeted support and respite opportunities, setting up our newly funded services and growing our provision to meet young carers’ needs.
The successful applicant will be a skilled communicator with excellent organisational skills, who has experience of delivering group and one-to-one support to children and young people, of establishing new services based on client need, and of growing and leading a team. The ability to communicate and engage with children and young people is essential, as is a commitment to equality and inclusion. You will work across a range of community settings, with office space being provided in Eastbourne, however, work anywhere within East Sussex may be required.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Salary: £30,507 per anum
