FSN are looking for experienced support workers who can deliver a range of activities, working with the whole family or with groups of children and/or young people. You will need experience of working in the community and will hold excellent communication and listening skills. You will need to be able to create a nurturing and supportive environment for those using the service, whilst having an understanding of Confidentiality, Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity.
