The Association of Carers are seeking a professional, caring, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join their team as a Services Coordinator.
This interesting role will suit an applicant who will be good at relating to a wide range of people and who will also have excellent organisational skills.
The role will include:
• Visiting adult unpaid carers in their home to carry out initial assessments and setting up support services as appropriate throughout East Sussex
• Help promote the Association of Carers across the county
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: NJC Salary scale: 12-17 £17,989-£19,850 per annum
Applicants will need to have access to a car and a full, clean driving licence, they will also be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
