We have office bases at Eastbourne, Uckfield, Hastings and Lewes together with the option of hybrid working and remote working

As a Carer Support Worker you’ll be part of our dedicated Carer Support Team, providing information, support, advice and guidance to carers in the Hastings area. This includes providing one-to-one and group support by phone, online and face-to-face, as well as working with our partners in the NHS, Social Care and the voluntary sector.
We strongly welcome applicants who live in Hastings and have knowledge of local services within the Hastings area.
