As a Team Leader you’ll be a key part of our dedicated Carer Support Team, providing information, support, advice and guidance to carers across East Sussex. This includes providing one-to-one and group support by phone, online and face-to-face, as well as working with our partners in the NHS, Social Care and the voluntary sector. You will also be leading an exciting project delivering Carers Assessment Reviews alongside our partners at East Sussex County Council.

Up to 37 hours per week, part time hours will be considered
Salary: £30,151 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Primary Location: Lewes, Eastbourne, Uckfield and/or Hastings, East Sussex. Hybrid and/or remote working available by agreement.
