SCDA believes in building on the strengths of a community. Our MiH Delivery & Quality Coordinator will take an Asset Based Community Development approach to working with local delivery partner teams. The role will support teams to work with local people to identify community assets and opportunities; and to develop those assets to create opportunities and initiatives to benefit communities across Sussex. Our aim is to facilitate the development of locally ‘grown’ sustainable solutions which build on opportunities which already exist.
Part time 21 hours per week, Based in Newhaven with frequent travel to delivery locations across East Sussex (car owner and driver is essential)
Salary range £27,582 - £29,856 per annum pro rata, dependent on skill & experience (upper level awarded for exceptional/highly experienced candidates)
Role funded until 31st March 2025
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and coordinating effective communication, collaboration and learning across our partner delivery teams
- Leading on the creation, development and use of appropriate processes and procedures necessary to ensure a consistent approach and quality of delivery by all partners.
- Oversight of delivery partner evidence capture for use by the evaluation partner and for sharing good practice
- Coordination of new activity in response to themes emerging from the five delivery teams
- Monitoring and evaluating work undertaken in line with funding targets, and providing written and statistical reports and evidence as required to funders, management and other partners.
- Coordinating and organising opportunities for training & learning across the delivery partners.
- Liaising regularly with delivery partners’ teams.
Ideal candidates will be skilled in asset-based community development approaches with communities to deliver positive outcomes. Along with strong MS Office & associated admin experience, you will be a great communicator who enjoys motivating and inspiring people, partners and others.
