Due to the continued growth of an established service, an opportunity has arisen to join a busy mental health service within the voluntary sector.
We are looking to recruit for the new role of Clinical Manager, to work alongside the existing CEO. This will be an exciting role allowing for both personal and professional development, whilst addressing the complex needs of vulnerable clients.
The successful candidate will present with a high level of commitment and professionalism, and the determination to make a positive impact in an area of deprivation. Counselling Plus is a charity providing professional counselling to people aged 16+, in Hastings & Rother, predominantly on benefits or low incomes.
Clinical Manager – permanent post
24 hours per week, over 4 days – including some evening hours.
Location – Hastings
Salary – NJC point 32 -35 pro rata - currently £38,296 (NJC pay review expected imminently)
