His Place

His Place is used as a base for community togetherness, support, and education. The church welcomes everyone regardless of class, belief, or ethnicity. We run a Ukrainian Café and workshops for the local Refugees in the area.
We work in conjunction with Mental Health Hastings. We are also home to an AA group and an inclusive 12 Step Life Recovery Addiction Support Group, which caters for all addictions within this group. Signposting to national and regional organisations is provided, and, in addition, carer support is also provided. The Community cafe, open 5 days a week, hosts Ukrainian Cafe, occupational therapy groups, craft groups, and music events on a regular basis. Church service is on Sundays, and is open to all, followed by a social get together, with an open mic session on the first Sunday of every month.
