FOTOP was formed for the charitable purpose to promote the benefit of the elderly inhabitants of the Borough of Hastings & its neighbourhood without distinction of sex, race, political, religious or other opinions. To foster the welfare of the old people of Hastings Borough and develop a public desire to help them.
Develop 'good neighbour' work on behalf of the aged in all parts of the Borough in liaison with similar groups within the Borough and surrounding areas of East Sussex.
Raising and distributing funds for the work of the Older people in the area and wherever possible help those people in need over the age of 50 in the Hastings Borough and surrounding area.
