A conference and educational centre at the heart of St Leonards, the magnet offers flexible and well-appointed conference and meeting space. There is a large hall, accommodating up to 120 people, a training room and four smaller seminar rooms. All are available individually but the overall space particularly lends itself to events requiring plenary sessions and break-out rooms. The magnet, administered by the Diocese of Chichester, offers discounted rates to charities and churches and is keen to encourage its use by community groups. There is a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. Flipcharts, powerpoint projector and Wi Fi are available at no additional cost. Situated on London Road about 400 yards from the seafront, the magnet is well served by buses and a few minutes walk from St Leonards Warrior Square station.
