We’ve heard from people who have experienced cancer or are experiencing cancer, that writing can be a helpful tool to help manage mental health, and process the changes and emotions that they are going through.
Research also tells us that creativity can help reduce fatigue, and anxiety. We are partnering with the team who brought ‘Words from the Waiting Room’, to develop something bespoke to our Hastings Cancer Champions Programme.
This workshop is open to anyone who has either experienced cancer or cared for someone with cancer
