Half hour seated exercise session plus refreshments and info on other age-friendly activites sessions. £1.50 donation encouraged to cover costs.

Making Every Contact Count (MECC), this is a behavioural change technique which is now commonly used by health and social care staff during their day-to-day interactions or health appointments with individuals, although you don’t need to be in one of these roles to attend the training, it can be beneficial to anyone.
