As a Carer Support Worker you’ll be part of our dedicated Carer Support Team, providing information, support, advice and guidance to carers. This includes providing one-to-one and group support by phone, online and face-to-face, as well as working with our partners in the NHS, Social Care and the voluntary sector. This is a great opportunity to take on a rewarding role within a dynamic and passionate team making a real difference to carers’ lives.
Up to 37 hours per week
Salary: £22,183 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
