Young Person’s Therapist in Hastings

Brighton Oasis Project is an innovative and creative organisation which aims to improve the lives and maximise the potential of the diverse range of women, children and young people affected by substance misuse. We have been commissioned by East Sussex County Council to develop a series of recovery focused activities throughout the county for women with drug/alcohol problems. This post is part of this exciting initiative – the Oasis Women’s Recovery Service (OWRS). 
Young Person’s Therapist - Hastings
7.5 hrs per week (PT)
FTE £22,500 per year pro-rata
Closing Date: 9am Monday 11 June 2018
Interviews will take place in Eastbourne on Wednesday 20 June 2018
The role is based in Hastings but travel throughout the county will be a requirement
Please note: all the above roles will be on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2019.

Successful candidates will be passionate about women’s services and have a good insight into the needs of women in treatment.  The post holders will have a track record of working with vulnerable people and be experienced in managing a caseload of complex clients in a calm, professional and enthusiastic way. You will be confident at delivering against agreed objectives and working in a challenging and changing environment. You will be passionate about changing the way services are delivered to people with multiple and complex needs
